This is sexual asault right?

my mom recently got re-married.

and the guy she married has a 18 year old son.

im 16.

so last night he had a bunch of friends over.

i walked down stairs to get my phone.

and his friends started screaming and shouting.

one grabbed me and was like "you wanna ride my horse?"

they were obviously drunk so i just pushed him off and walked away.

well, that night i was asleep and i woke up because i heard people at my door.

which i keep locked at night.

i opened the door and someone pushed me backwards onto my bed.

it was my step brother and like 3 of his friends.

i told them to get out and started kicking and screaming.

they held my arms and legs down.

then they started taking off my clothes.

i was screaming as loud as i could.

i have no idea how no one heard me.

i couldnt get free.

i didnt know what to do.

then they started kissing me.

then i heard a door shut down stairs so they through me on the floor and ran.

this morning i tried to stay in my room as long as possible.

but when i went out to go to the bathroom

one of the guys grabbed my butt.

im unsure what to do about this.

do i tell my boyfriend?

do i tell my parents?

YES tell the people you trust. Parents, friends, your boyfriend.

This is so not right. Your step brother sounds like crazy sex-obsessed jerk. He and his friends had absolutely NO RIGHT to take advantage of you the way they did. This is sexual assault and the guys who did it to you deserve to be punished. Please don't keep this a secret! That is the worst thing you could do! Your safety and well being is very important and I'm sure your mother agrees. (If she doesn't then you might need help from the authorities.) Just don't be scared of telling the truth, even if it means risking your mothers marriage. I mean if her new husband's son could do such a thing, I don't think her new husband is much better. And their will always be other, better guys for her. So don't worry about that at all. Just tell the police and other authorities the truth so that your step-brother and his friends won't be able to harm you or any other innocent girl again.

I wish you all the best....

this is definitely assault, you need to tell ur mom in private and be serious about it. ur stepbrother will probably try denying it and ur step father may be with his son trying to defend him. u need to make sure this does not happen again and if he ever has friends over again, stay the night at ur dads or a friends house. otherwise punch the guys in the balls if you ever get close to a situation like this again

Yes this is assault!!! You have to tell your mom. Let her know immediately, who knows what could happen if you don't. Please be careful. Your stepbrother has issues. This is not your fault you did nothing wrong. If you want to tell your boyfriend that's ok too. Tell as many people in your life that you can.

YES! tell your mom. That **** is not cool your step-brother is a rapist piece of **** and he'll probably try somethin again if you don't tell your mom... you shouldn't have to live with this piece of ****

oh goodness hun! that is definitely sexual assualt you should tell your parents and boyfriend.. hope everythingg turns out okay! (:

Oh my gosh! First of all, I am so sorry that this happened to you. And yes, it is most definitely sexual assault. You need to tell your parents right away.

<3
