I want to ask the girl that I like to hang out, but dont know how to do it...I mean, it's not hard for me to say at all and I have confidence in myself, but I think about think too deeply. I want to ask the girl to hang out with me without sounding creepy or other similar things haha...Should I make it seem casual, with friends, a one on one date type deal, or what?! Also, how do I bring it up in the conversation when asking her? PLEASE HELP...thanks...BTW the best I have came up with so far is to just text her within next few days and say"hey whats up, when we gonna hang out" is that appropriate at all??

if you like her romantically and want to DATE her... you need to ask her out ON A DATE. go out to eat. go to a movie and dinner. go for ice cream and putt put. SOMETHING. trust me, she will be impressed. and it wont be as awkward. even if all of your buddies arnt taking girls on formal dates here and there, who cares! thats the best start. she will see you as a gentleman, sweet, charming, nice, romantic, and most importantly boyfriend material! asking a girl just to come over to your house to "hang" is so lame. and girls feel awkward in that situation, especially for the first time.

Well what works for me is telling a girl there is something i'd like to try out like for instance a movie i'd like to watch, a restaurant i'd like to go eat at etc and asking her if she can join you. e.g bring it casually "Hey listen there this movie i wanna go see this weekend and i was wondering if you could join me?

hey i think a text wont hurt but some times its best to girls to tell the girl to her face and ask in a way like "hey well i was wondering if i was ok that me and you could hang out some time and when ever your free tho i don't want to mess up your plans" or some thing like that but most of all do what you think is right k ^-^ good luck pal
the casual thing sounds good. however, it may imply a 'be friends' to a girl. You need to flirt a little bit at first to get her attention (something cute and funny, not creepy like those awful pickup lines). But that's if she wants to go out with you.

I recommend that you ASK her if she wants to hang out some time not tell her that you're going to like you quoted in your question. That might scare her...

Ask her what she's doing after school or if she's busy in any other day. Act all casual about it and be yourself :)
