You don't need to upgrade your man, you just need to sit down with him and talk to him about the chored list. If you both work then the house and yard work should be shared. If you are a domestic engineer, then the house is your domain. You both can do the outside work. Just remember if you two work together you can get the work done twice as fast and then have more time for each other.
