How do I stop being so angry and distrusting of men all the time?

I dont trust any man I date. The one im with now I suspect is a player. I mean he is so into his friends(male) and he also has female friends that he claims he shouldnt have to drop because of me. I am not expecting him to but he must be mindful that he is with someone when he does certain things... I just dont trust him or any man for that matter. What should I do
