My 14 year old son wants to live with me and is currently at my house due to social services removing him from his dads. I am not sure if there is a residence order in place for him and cannot ask my ex as he will not speak to me at any time. My son also is not sure if a residence order is in place..how do i find out if there is one? Im in the UK x
sorry love. how can you not know whether or not a residence order exists? the courts would have sent you a copy of it... and if you dont have one, you have a right to a copy of it. he would have had to have gotten this via cout order, therefore, you can find out easily if there is one. if you know nothing about an order, my guess is he
