How Can I Stop Myself Texting Him?
Ive decided i dont want to be with him anymore, but cant seem to stop texting him.
Its like a bad habit! (btw he always replies, it is mutual!)
The thing is, i know that unless i stop texting him daily and relpying to his texts and calls then i will never break free.
How can i get myself out of this habit?
I think this is just one of those habits where you have to stop cold turkey.
